Sendle

The Sendle integration in WowShipping enables you to show real-time Sendle shipping rates directly at checkout.

⚠️ Important: This page covers only the Sendle authentication process and Sendle-specific settings. 👉 Continue to the Carrier Live Rate page to configure default weight and dimensions, packaging strategy, markup rates, and fallback methods.

Here’s how to connect Sendle with WowShipping.

Step 1: Select Sendle as Your Carrier

To access Sendle in your shipping setup:

1. Create a new shipping method or open an existing one you want to configure.
2. Set Carrier Live Rates as the shipping rate calculation method.
3. Select Sendle from the list of available carrier services.

Once selected, the Sendle Account configuration options will appear below.

Step 2: Connect Your Sendle Account

After selecting Sendle as your carrier, authenticate your account:

1. Scroll to the Sendle Account section.
2. Click Connect Account.
3. A modal titled Manage Sendle Account will open.
4. Enter your Sendle ID and API Key in the provided fields.
5. Click Save to complete the connection.

Note: You’ll need to obtain your Sendle ID and API Key from Sendle. These are typically available in your Sendle dashboard under Settings → API Credentials. If you don’t have access, contact Sendle support.

Once connected successfully, you’ll see the message: “Account connected successfully!”

Step 3: Configure Sendle Shipping Options

After connecting your Sendle account, configure the shipping method settings.

1. Select Mode

Choose the environment you want to use:

• Live – Use this when you’re ready to display real Sendle rates at checkout
• Sandbox – Recommended for testing and setup

Use Sandbox while you are testing and setting things up. When you are ready to show real Sendle rates at checkout, switch to Live.

2. Select a Product

Choose the Sendle product you want to offer from the dropdown. Available options include Saver, Preferred, and guaranteed delivery services with either Pickup or Drop off.

The selected service controls the shipping rate, delivery speed, and fulfillment method shown at checkout. This selection directly impacts:

• Shipping costs shown to customers
• Delivery timeframes and speed

Your selection should reflect your business needs, product types, and customer expectations for delivery speed and sustainability.

How to Add Multiple Sendle Services

WowShipping allows you to offer multiple Sendle services by creating separate shipping methods. To do this:

1. Create a new shipping method.
2. Select Carrier Live Rates → Sendle again.
3. Your Sendle account will already be connected. No need to re-enter credentials.
4. Choose a different Sendle service from the dropdown.
5. Configure unique settings for this shipping method.

This setup gives customers flexibility at checkout while allowing you to manage pricing and service options independently.
