Step-by-Step Setup

1. Go to WowShipping.
2. Click Create shipping method, set the name, zone, and type of shipping method
3. Add a City/Town condition for Manhattan and set the shipping cost
4. Add an additional condition for weekdays
5. Similarly, create other tiers for outside of Manhattan and weekends to recreate the scenario.
6. Save the method.
